The definition of an infographic is "a visual image such as a chart or diagram used to represent information or data." So it basically is a picture used to represent numbers of some sort of data results. the purpose of an infographic is to make the data easy for people to read and understand. The information best displayed on an inforgraphic is charts. It can be bar, pie, plot, any kind, but they look best displayed on infographics. It can help convey your message because it breaks down the information into a way that can be pleasing to the eye allowing the audience to read and understand it easier. In a class, an infographic can be used to show results from maybe a poll in the class or some sort of results from a project.
